This route gives each destination its own full day, Amboseli’s elephants and Kilimanjaro, Tsavo West’s springs and volcanic scenery, quiet Taita Hills, and Tsavo East’s red elephants, then ends on the coast instead of looping back to Nairobi, so you move straight from your last game drive into a beach holiday.

An early departure from Nairobi follows the Nairobi-Mombasa highway to the Emali junction, then on to Amboseli National Park, about 4 hours in total. After lunch at your lodge, an afternoon game drive takes in the park’s elephant herds and, weather permitting, views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge or camp.
After breakfast and a final Amboseli game drive, the route continues through Chyulu Gate into Tsavo West National Park. After lunch and check-in at your lodge, an afternoon visit to Mzima Springs lets you watch hippos and fish through the underwater viewing chamber. Dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, the drive continues to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary, with game viewing along the way. Lunch and check-in at your lodge is followed by an afternoon game drive around the sanctuary’s waterholes. Dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, the drive continues into Tsavo East National Park, with a morning game drive en route. Lunch at your lodge or camp is followed by an afternoon game drive along the Galana River area. Dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, a final morning game drive is followed by the drive to the coast, with lunch served on the way. Arrival at your coast hotel is in the afternoon or early evening.
